Volunteer for 24 hours

You are interested in helping us with this experience, and sharing a good time with us; we are happy to welcome you as a volunteer.

Here are some small explanations on the different posts necessary for the smooth running of the event

Various positions

Installation

Set up the necessary equipment for competition in the main hall as well as parallel competitions, and at the various stands (gannivelles, tables, chairs, tablecloths, marquees, benches, sofas, garbage cans, displays and signs) inside and outside.

Room Help

Collect the scores sheets of the teams and pass them to the organizers, distribute the puzzles in each corridor to the controllers, walk around the room to anticipate needs and replace a controller if necessary.

Controller

Ensure the rules are followed in the hallway, check that the puzzle is completed correctly and count the number of pieces assembled, note the time elapsed and ask for the new puzzle to be distributed.

Catering (salty or sweet food/drinks)

Check the stock of goods and alert the stand manager if necessary, distribute food or drinks in exchange for tokens, make sure that spaces are clean and clean equipment if necessary.

Final count

Help count the number of pieces assembled, pass team scores to the stage table and let teams know they can unpack the puzzles.

Storage

Uninstall and store displays and flaps. Collect tables, gannivelles, benches and chairs. Dismantle the marquees, clean the cooking equipment and the different areas (garbage), collect unsold.
