Setting up the registered teams
  • From 12 noon to 2pm on Saturday 11 April

  • Each team can bring its own boxes, trays, mats and other sorting materials.

  • Teams are encouraged to bring outfits or other items of clothing and decoration to help the public and volunteers identify them visually.

  • Some jigsaw pieces are mischievous because they particularly like to cling to jumpers or hide in wide sleeves and in open bags on the floor... Take this into account when choosing clothing and equipment for the space.

  • A ‘festive prize’ will be awarded by the volunteers. It will reward a team for its goodwill, its fancy dress, its decoration, its good humour and its fair play....
